Traffic Controller

A Traffic Controller reports to the Head of Traffic to ensure the smooth day to day running of all allocated accounts.
The job usually involves:

• Issuing timing plans for all allocated live jobs
• Ensuring that these timing plans are adhered to by the agency at every step
• Ensuring that timing plans are updated and redistributed whenever necessary
• Arranging all internal creative and pre-production meetings on allocated jobs and attending when necessary
• Updating and distributing daily status reports
• Attending and chairing weekly status meetings with allocated account teams as required
• Working closely with all internal departments to ensure that deadlines are met
• Ensuring any work leaving the agency is approved by all relevant parties..
