Call Centre Support

The main purpose of the role is to provide support for Call Centre technology on a day to day basis. This includes management of the Automatic Call Distributor (ACD), Voice Manager, Call Logger and PC software and ensuring excellent management is available as required.

Head of Outbound Call Centre

The Head of the Outbound Call Centre must ensure maximum client satisfaction through the provision of outbound telemarketing solutions. They will manage the day to day operation of outbound and telemarketing services within the call centre through team leaders and ensure that accurate and up to date response information is available on a daily basis.

Account Executive

An Account Executive will handle much of the day to day co-ordination and administration of client accounts and reports directly to the Account Manager. They will monitor each client job, ensuring that it is kept on brief and is delivered on time, whilst maintaining up to date records of all live projects. They must ensure that good communication is maintained with clients, attending client meetings when required.  

Account Manager

The responsibilities of an Account Manager will vary to some degree from supplier to supplier, depending on the nature of their business. However, the main job function - that of managing all aspects of a given number of client accounts - is largely the same.

Database Analyst

A Database Analyst will report to a Database Manager and is involved in the development and maintenance of databases for the company's clients. They will be responsible for enhancing and reformatting data when needed and devising innovative solutions to client requirements.

Project Manager

A Project Manager will manage and run (usually several) live projects through their complete lifecycle, from initiation to completion. Skills essential to the job are: planning, organisation, control management, diplomacy, communication, leadership, direction and attention to detail. Project managers often have to work to tight deadlines, so calmness under pressure is another great attribute.


The main purpose of this role is to understand and interpret client requirements and be able to produce innovative solutions in a creative and flexible manner. Also to provide technical support to operational teams and estimates on delivery for project planning. They are responsible for providing timely updates on project progress throughout the development lifecycle.  

List Broker

A List Broker communicates with clients, investigates their list needs and analyses and recommends the lists that will help clients meet their revenue goals. To succeed as a List Broker it takes ambition, a love for markets, an eye for detail and strong oral and written communication skills. But a head for numbers is perhaps the most important quality of all. arrow
